After battle, the Viking's heated the swords of their vanquished foes and bent them. This ensured that they would not have to fight their fallen enemies in the afterlife. I chose an Ottoman Turk style sword. From researching the Vikings, I came to discover that not only did they raid the kingdoms of France and England, but they also ranged far into Persia. This is where they came secure the crucible steel used to make the incredibly flexible high carbon steel blades of the infamous Ulfberht swords.
This handsome ring is cast in solid .925 Sterling silver. It sits low and is suitable for everyday wear. The ring is available in sizes 4 to 12 including half sizes.
